Every change looks simple on paper, but its execution in a company is the most complicated process. Even the most perfect project is implemented in a given environment, with specific people, and a natural human characteristic is fear of change. People are however most afraid of changes when they do not know the implications, they feel under threat and think that they will not be able to cope with the changes, that they will be superfluous or that they will have to work more or differently.

For us, training and training courses are the basic theoretical preparation necessary for the successful fulfilment of given tasks. For the expended means to be used effectively, the pilot project should follow on from the training as soon as possible, and we are ready to support this.
